- Patta & Chitta — Patta and related revenue records identify the recorded landholder, survey details and land classification in the revenue records. They are not conclusive proof of legal title.
- Guideline Value (GV) — the government valuation benchmark used in registration; the applicable transaction value may depend on the higher relevant value under current rules.
